Celebrate your child’s birthday by helping to build the Oak Library Collection.

We have a new and easy way to participate in the Oak Library Birthday Book Club. To join, please return this donation form to the school office. Include a check payable to the Oak Library for $15. The form and check can be turned in at the beginning of the year with your Back-to-School packet. The form will continue to be available on the Oak School website, and in the library, throughout the year.

Features of the Birthday Book Club will include:

• Recognition of student during the library class closest to his/her birthday
  
• A special bulletin board display in the library updated monthly featuring all of that month’s donated books and donors
  
• A special bookplate honoring student’s birthday and acknowledging the gift to the library’s permanent collection.
  
• Summer birthdays will be recognized during the month of the student’s half birthday. August birthdays will be recognized in September.
