Buy –A – Brick Order Form 2009-2010

Support Oak School and leave a legacy. Your donation of $125 will ensure a permanent place on the Oak School campus.

Create a personalized message that will be engraved on a brick and placed onto the area in front of the multi-purpose room.

Follow these simple steps to have your brick engraved to your choice:

 1.   Write your message. Please PRINT clearly using upper and lower case letters. Limit the characters (including spaces) to 20 per line.
